Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your item, select your colour and size, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to Romania and to most European Union countries. See the full list in our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free shipping within Romania on all orders over 400 RON. Below that, delivery costs 20 RON to a DPD Pick-up Point (locker), 25 RON to a Sameday easybox and 30 RON to your address. Cash on delivery adds 10 RON. For EU countries, see our Shipping Policy.
For orders to other European Union countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout before payment.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours (Monday-Friday). Delivery within Romania then takes 1-3 working days; for EU countries it depends on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If something isn't right, you can return unworn items with the original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a Size chart link with detailed measurements. Our pieces are designed for a close, supportive fit.
What if I'm between sizes?
For a tighter, more compressive feel, choose the smaller size. For a more relaxed fit, size up.
Product Care
How should I care for my YOVÍA pieces?
Machine wash cold with similar colours and avoid bleach, tumble drying, ironing and dry cleaning to help preserve the fit, stretch and feel of your YOVÍA pieces.
